Returns and Exchanges


What is your return policy?


We want you to be happy in our pants. Dish and DUER product that is purchased from our online store (excluding sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for 1) an exchange for another product or 2) a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original hang tags still attached to the garment. Proof of purchase must be verifiable and the returnable condition of the product is left to the discretion of our customer service team.

You are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of all Dish & DUER items. Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on case by cases basis. Click here for more information.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Dish & DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

How do I return an item I purchased online in the United States?


For customers within the United States we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please contact us at contactus@dishandduer.com prior to shipping out any returns - failure to do so will result in a lost package.

How do I return an item I purchased online if I live outside the United States or Canada?


The customer must pay for all shipping expenses associated with the return or exchange of Dish & DUER items. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf, such as if you received a damaged item or an incorrect order.

Do you cover the charges for return shipping?


Upon receiving your returned Dish & DUER merchandise, a refund in the amount of the purchase (excluding any shipping costs) will be issued to you within 2-3 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirming your refund that indicates the total amount. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. If you would like to do an exchange, we must receive and process your original order before we can send out your new product.
