Returns

You may return a purchase made in-store or on dishandduer.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase on the condition that the items are unworn, unwashed, contain original hangtags, and proof of purchase is verifiable. After 30 days, we only offer exchanges for warranty defects and cannot process refunds.

For orders placed on dishandduer.com, the 30 day period starts from the day your order was delivered. You can request a return here. Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer. We do not refund any applicable shipping fees for online returns.

Refunds are processed to the payment method of the original purchase. In the case of gifts, refunds will be given in the form of store credit via a Gift Card.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable. Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card balances can’t be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Coupon or discount codes do not apply to Gift Cards. Dish & DUER reserves the right to refuse gift card sales to anyone, and to refuse, cancel or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of gift card policies.

Online Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted even though it has been processed.

Warranty

We guarantee that our products will be free from manufacturers defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase under non-extreme usage. We will replace the defective item at our cost with the same or similar item if not available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
